Nanometer precision for round wires with small inlet diameters.
As a manufacturer of innovative and high-tech machines, HMP Rolling offers a special design of rolling mills for the production of precise profiles of various geometries.
ULTRA-PRECISION ROLLING MILLS
State-of-the-art machine technology for tolerances in the nanometer range.
In this process, round wires with the smallest inlet diameters are rolled flat. The wire is reduced in thickness in several steps during processing. The machines achieve tolerances in the nanometer range thanks to a highly precise and dynamic roller adjustment.
