Electrified rotary swaging machine 
with a modular design

The Generation E10 was developed as machine concept: modular in design, almost fully electric and engineered for process stability. This creates tangible benefits in day-to-day operation – faster setup, predictable service thanks to standardized modules and clear processes in the machine environment. This makes performance reliably available – in output, quality and availability.

MODULAR MACHINE CONCEPT

Feed and clamping unit

Positions and clamps the workpiece re-producibly and feeds it into the process in a controlled manner – for safe opera-tion and consistent component quality.

Feed mandrel

Supports the workpiece from the inside and enables complex internal geometries as well as stable wall thicknesses in hollow components.

6-jaw forming unit

With 6 jaws, it forms the material in fast, uniform impulses – for high forming performance and high process stability at the same time.

Tool adjustment

Positions the forming tools precisely and reduces setup times, as diameter variants are implemented by positioning instead of complex changeovers.

Rear mandrel unit

Supports the workpiece from the in-side and enables complex internal geometries as well as stable wall thicknesses in hollow components.

Ejector unit

Positions the workpiece reproducibly and feeds it into the process in a controlled manner – for safe operation and consistent component quality.

Machine foundation

Ensures maximum strength and precise alignment of all assemblies – the basis for repeatability and consistent run-out.
